Role Overview
The Executive Associate will act as the right hand to the CEO, providing strategic, operational, and administrative support. This role is pivotal in managing high-priority initiatives, driving efficiency across teams, and enabling the CEO to focus on organizational growth and vision.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
● Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
● Draft, review, and handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
● Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Strategic Assistance
● Conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
● Support the planning and execution of strategic projects.
● Monitor and track the progress of key initiatives.
Project Coordination
● Oversee cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
● Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials as required.
Operational Efficiency
● Streamline workflows and processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
● Maintain comprehensive documentation of decisions and business activities.
Confidentiality
● Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
● Safeguard confidential data and maintain trust across all interactions.
Stakeholder Engagement
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
● Represent the CEO in meetings when required and provide detailed follow-ups.
Qualifications
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
● 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in digital marketing or ad-tech.
Technical Skills
● Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Soft Skills
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
● Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
