With a legacy of four generations of craftsmanship, we cater to a discerning global clientele seeking timeless elegance and Indian artistry.Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) . This role requires exceptional follow-up, coordination, and communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will be the MD’s “professional voice” across business and personal tasks, enabling him to focus on growth and strategy.Key Responsibilities Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, emails, and daily priorities.Act as the primary point of coordination between the MD and internal teams.Follow up on delegated tasks with strict timelines and accountability.Draft and review communications, letters, and official correspondence.Conduct research, prepare reports, and support presentations.Handle confidential information with utmost integrity.Assist with personal tasks and coordination when required.Desired Candidate Profile Experience : 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator/Secretary to senior management.Education : Graduate; professional secretarial/administrative training preferred.Skills :Strong command over English (written and spoken).Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google tools.Excellent follow-up and task management skills.Ability to coordinate across departments and ensure timely execution.Personal Attributes :Honest, reliable, and discreet.Stable career record (no frequent job changes).Resides within ~25 minutes of Pashtush office (Amritsar).Compensation Competitive salary range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and skills.Why Join Pashtush?
