Dear Professional, Huge Openings with our Client EOT Crane Manufacturing company looking for Quality Engineer professionals.About The Company:Our Client Company is EOT Crane Manufacturing IndustryDesignation: Mechanical maintenance Engineer Education:- Diploma Mechanical Experience – 2+ year’s Salary – 3.6 to 4.2LPAJob location: Pune ( Pirangut )Industry Area : EOT Crane Manufacturing Industry.Job Description:-1) Strong knowledge of mechanisms and hands-on experience on Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Ball screw and spindle gearbox work.2) Replace defective parts of the machine or adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts.3) Dismantle machinery and equipment, usually performing installation and maintenance work as part of a team.4) Repair and lubricate machines and equipment.5) Observe conditions of equipment through vibration analysis and lubrication.6) Perform quality improvement and cost reduction and productivity as required.7) Participate in sharing knowledge so as to mentor and train other unit members in areas of operations and maintenance to enhance their development.8) Oversee mechanical devices while in operation and listen for complications using accurate testing and measuring instruments.9) Take out inoperative parts by disassembling devices with the use of cranes, hoists, hand and power tools; and also observing texture and form of parts.10) Regulate downtime by enlightening production staff on standard preventive maintenance methods and monitoring their compliance.11) Utility Maintenance, Generator servicing, Compressor Servicing.12) HMC, VMC machine Spindle bearing change work.13) lathe Machine maintenance work Spindle, Slide work.14) Utility Maintenance, Generator servicing, Compressor Servicing,15) HMC, VMC machine Spindle bearing change work.16) lathe Machine maintenance work and Spindle maintenance.
