Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager Experience: 3+ years
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will spearhead influencer marketing campaigns, build long-term partnerships with influencers, and drive brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms. Design and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns to align with brand goals and target audiences.
-Identify and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across relevant social media platforms.
-Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to ensure consistent brand representation.
Content Development & Coordination:
-Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
-Performance Tracking & Optimization:
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, ROI, and brand sentiment.
-Plan and manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and ROI.
Trend Analysis:
-Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices.
Enjoys networking, building relationships, confidently engaging with influencers and Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and branding.
-Trend-Oriented: Proactively identifies and acts on new trends, Social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Proactive with Digital Media : Actively seeks collaborations and stays hands-on with outreach tools and campaign analytics tools and platforms.
-Fluent in English and Hindi: Strong communication skills to engage with diverse influencers and teams effectively.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field..
