As we grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Chief Programming Officer to join our team and lead our programming initiatives.
Role Overview:
The Chief Programming Officer (CPO) will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all programming efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of mental health issues and a commitment to creating impactful programs that support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive programming strategy aligned with Mudita Tribe Foundation’s mission and goals.
Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of mental health programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with other executive team members to ensure programs are integrated and aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead a team of program managers and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Establish partnerships with mental health professionals, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance program offerings.
Monitor program performance and impact, utilizing data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in mental health programming.
Represent Mudita Tribe Foundation at conferences, events, and in the media to promote our programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work with a specialization in Mental Health; PhD preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in program development and management within the mental health sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation.
Passion for mental health advocacy and a deep understanding of mental health issues and challenges.
