What You'll Be Doing

  • Craft persuasive, engaging copy for Google ads, social media, LinkedIn message ads, email campaigns, PR articles, and more.
  • Develop SEO-optimized content to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Plan and execute content for emailers, nurture drip campaigns, blog promotions, and webinar promotions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create case studies, presentations, and customer success stories showcasing greytHR’s impact.
  • Track campaign performance and refine content for better engagement and conversions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze audience behavior, and fine-tune messaging for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with designers to ensure content is cohesive and visually compelling.
  • Maintain a results-driven approach, ensuring all content aligns with marketing objectives and delivers impact.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

  • 5-8 years of copywriting experience in B2B SaaS (HRMS exposure is a plus).
  • Strong storytelling skills—writing content that informs, excites, and converts.
  • Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and style with keen attention to detail.

Creativity & Strategy

  • Versatility across content formats, including:
  • Case studies, PR articles, marketing campaigns
  • LinkedIn ads, emailers, nurture drips
  • Blog & webinar promotions
  • Experience with Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) and Value Proposition Canvas for customer-focused messaging.
