About Us

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Copywriter with deep experience in shaping the language of our mobile app. You’ll be the voice that guides our users, making every interaction clear, warm and trust-building. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, product, and marketing teams to craft copy that feels like a caring friend who also happens to know the science of parenting.


Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the tone, style, and voice of Tinypal’s in-app experience.
  • Write and refine microcopy for onboarding flows, buttons, empty states, notifications, and tooltips.
  • Translate product features and USPs into concise, compelling copy that resonates with parents.
  • Partner with designers to ensure text harmonizes with UI layouts and visual design.
  • Conduct quick iterations based on user testing and analytics.
  • Create a copy system that scales with future features.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience writing for consumer-facing tech products (mobile-first strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to write clear, warm, human-centered microcopy.
  • Deep empathy for diverse parent audiences.
  • Understanding of information hierarchy and UX writing best practices.
  • Strong collaboration skills with designers, PMs, and developers.
  • Comfort working in hourly-based engagement models.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in parenting, education, or wellness domains.
  • Familiarity with conversational UI and chatbot personality design.
