Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Trainer and Team Leader to join our team in the commercial real estate sector.
This role will focus on training and leading the pre-sales team to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, and a passion for developing team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for the pre-sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
Conduct regular workshops and coaching sessions to enhance team performance and ensure adherence to best practices.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the pre-sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Set clear performance goals and monitor progress, providing feedback and support as needed.

Client Engagement: Assist the team in conducting effective client interactions, including presentations and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for engaging potential clients.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform training content and sales strategies.
Provide insights on the Mumbai commercial real estate market to enhance team effectiveness.

Performance Monitoring: Analyze team performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize team productivity.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and support for pre-sales activities.
Coordinate with the sales team to streamline lead generation and conversion processes.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in real estate upselling or cross-selling.
Proven experience in employee training and team leadership.
Strong analytical skills and training expertise.
Excellent team leadership capabilities and coaching skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in pre-sales training and leadership.
Knowledge of the Mumbai commercial real estate market is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
