We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of relevant experience. The role requires proficiency in Accounting, Audit, Taxation, etc., and this position will be based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting & Financial Reporting:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.

- Auditing & Taxation:

  • Coordinate internal and statutory audits and ensure timely resolution of audit queries.
  • Manage compliance with all direct and indirect tax laws, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.

- MIS & Financial Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular MIS reports to senior management.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.

- Working Capital Management:

  • Monitor and manage the organization’s working capital requirements.
  • Optimize inventory, receivables, and payables to ensure healthy cash flow.

- Cash Flow Management:

  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
  • Oversee treasury activities, including banking relationships and investment decisions.

- Budgeting & Forecasting:

  • Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Track actual performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions.

- Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and management reporting tools.
  • Expertise in SAP FICO & MM and other ERP systems with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
