The department provides comprehensive support covering student counselling, university selection, admission processing, visa assistance, and onboarding.With a student-centric approach, AcadFly ensures that aspiring medical professionals receive transparent, reliable, and timely guidance throughout their international academic journey.Role OverviewThe Manager – AcadFly will be responsible for leading and managing a team of counsellors and admissions officers to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of overseas MBBS counselling and admissions. The role demands strong people management, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding student experience, while meeting organizational goals and enrolment targets.Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counsellors and admissions executives, ensuring achievement of departmental targets.- Oversee the entire admissions cycle, including student counselling, university shortlisting, application processing, documentation, visa guidance, and onboarding.- Establish and maintain professional relationships with international partner universities, particularly in Russia and Kazakhstan, ensuring compliance with admission requirements and timelines.- Monitor and enhance the quality of counselling services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards.- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve conversions and reduce application drop-offs.- Track and evaluate team performance metrics; conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and training interventions.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to ensure seamless execution.- Address escalations from students and parents promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.- Prepare regular performance and progress reports, highlighting achievements, gaps, and corrective measures.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling, student recruitment, or MBBS abroad advisory services.- Proven experience in team handling and operations management.- In-depth knowledge of international medical education systems, particularly in Russia and Kazakhstan, along with familiarity with visa and compliance requirements.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in CRM tools and counselling/admissions management systems will be an added advantage.Key Competencies- Leadership & Team Management- Student/Parent Relationship Management- Process & Operational Excellence- Analytical and Data-Driven Decision Making- Problem Solving & Negotiation Skills- High Ethical Standards and Student-Centric ApproachPerformance Indicators- Monthly/Quarterly Enrolment Numbers- Conversion Ratios (Leads → Counselling → Admission)- Student Satisfaction Scores & Feedback- Application Processing Timelines- Compliance & Documentation AccuracyWhat We Offer- An opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing EdTech leader with a strong mission.- Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.- A collaborative, dynamic, and growth-oriented work culture.- Career advancement opportunities within PhysicsWallah.Application ProcessInterested candidates may apply through the given link or share their updated resume directly at:
