Position : Senior MIS Executive
Location : Vashi
Salary : ₹7 LPA - ₹9 LPA
Shift Timings : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week Off : 1 Week Off (Rotational)

Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MIS Executive with a strong background in end-to-end MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in managing and producing management information systems (MIS) reports in the real estate sector. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools is essential. We require a stable profile with a commitment to long-term growth and development.
Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End MIS Reporting : Responsible for creating, maintaining, and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Data Analysis : Perform complex data analysis, interpret trends, and make actionable recommendations based on insights.
Data Management : Manage and streamline large datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Automation : Implement automation techniques using Excel Macros, VBA, or other tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of reports.
Dashboard Creation : Design and develop visually appealing and insightful dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for key stakeholders.
Collaboration : Work closely with various departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.) to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights.
Reporting : Generate reports on business performance, KPIs, sales, and other relevant metrics, highlighting areas for improvement.
Documentation & Standardization : Standardize processes and reporting formats for consistency across the organization.
Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data and reporting systems.
Key Requirements :
Education : Graduate (any stream)
Experience : Minimum 7+ years of experience in MIS roles, with a focus on real estate industry.
Skills :
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
Experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization.
Knowledge of database management and ability to handle large datasets.
Strong understanding of reporting and dashboarding.
Industry Experience : Only candidates from the Real Estate sector will be considered.
Profile Requirements :
Candidates must have stable careers, with no history of frequent job changes.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and management.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without supervision.
