Build and lead your own team, manage end-to-end centre operations, and directly shape learner journeys and business outcomes. Own centre performance by driving admissions, revenue, and learner success while managing day-to-day operations. •Analyze performance metrics (enrollments, conversions, revenue, learner satisfaction) and take proactive steps to improve outcomes. •Design and implement local growth strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team to increase footfall and brand visibility. •Streamline processes within the centre to maximize efficiency, compliance, and adherence to upGrad’s brand standards. •Act as the bridge between learners, instructors, franchise partners, and central teams, ensuring alignment and delivery excellence.
