As a Centre Manager, you will lead one of upGrad’s Offline Learning Centres, with a strong focus on sales, operations, and learner success. You will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing centre performance, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for learners. Build and lead your own team, manage end-to-end centre operations, and directly shape learner journeys and business outcomes. Own centre performance by driving admissions, revenue, and learner success while managing day-to-day operations. •Analyze performance metrics (enrollments, conversions, revenue, learner satisfaction) and take proactive steps to improve outcomes. •Design and implement local growth strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team to increase footfall and brand visibility. •Streamline processes within the centre to maximize efficiency, compliance, and adherence to upGrad’s brand standards. •Act as the bridge between learners, instructors, franchise partners, and central teams, ensuring alignment and delivery excellence.
