Technical Recruiter – India Market (2+ Years Experience) Location: Indore, India Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Full-time, On-site) We are looking for an energetic and passionate Technical Recruiter with strong experience in India market hiring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in bulk hiring, social media recruitment, and sourcing through top job portals . You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes while supporting large-scale client requirements in the IT Services industry (Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, etc.) . Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across India. Source candidates using Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn RPS , and other job portals. Leverage social media recruitment strategies to identify and attract talent. Build strong talent pipelines for recurring requirements. 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment with a focus on India hiring. ~ Experience working with service-based clients such as Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini , etc. ~ Exposure to bulk hiring and large-scale recruitment drives.
