As an Art Director, you’ll lead a team of talented designers to create engaging brand experiences. From concept development to final execution, your role will be at the heart of every creative project. What you'll do :
Inspire & Lead:
Guide a team of designers to create fresh, innovative concepts and campaigns.
Act as a creative visionary, ensuring that all work aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
Drive Projects:
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and project managers to ensure timely, high-impact project delivery.
Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure creative excellence is never compromised.
Shape Visuals:
Review, refine, and approve creative designs, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
Oversee every visual element of campaigns, ensuring they are engaging, clear, and impactful.
Strategize Smartly:
Partner with stakeholders to develop creative strategies that support business goals.
Turn client briefs into compelling visual stories that exceed expectations.
Coach & Grow Talent:
Mentor and guide designers, encouraging creativity, growth, and excellence.
Create a collaborative, open environment where ideas can flourish.
Stay Ahead of Trends:
Stay current with design trends, tools, and innovations.
Introduce fresh ideas and best practices to keep creative work at the cutting edge.
What you'll bring :
Experience & Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in creative roles, including team leadership or senior design positions.
A strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital campaign projects.
Design Mastery:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and brand identity.
Creative Mindset:
Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Multitasking Pro:
Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Attention to detail with a focus on delivering polished, high-quality work.
Bonus Points if you have any :
Experience working with consumer-focused brands on creative projects.
Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools.
Experience leading digital and social media campaigns.
