Job Title: Senior Product Designer (B2C Expertise | Visual Design Focus)

Role and Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to understand and define user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring concepts to life.
Use data and user research to inform and refine design decisions.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
Key Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and interaction design.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
