As a Student Counsellor, you’ll be an integral part of our mission to guide students towards a brighter future.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will actively engage with prospective students and their families, guiding them toward the right programs and services. Your responsibilities will include:
Counselling and Guidance: Understand students’ career aspirations through inbound and outbound calls and recommend suitable YOUni TE programs.
Lead Conversion: Turn inquiries into enrolments by clearly articulating the value of our offerings.
Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with prospective clients to foster long-term relationships.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed enrolment targets.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-ups to address queries and maintain client interest.
CRM Management: Accurately document interactions and track progress using YOUni TE’s advanced CRM system.
