Job Title: Appian Developer/Architect

Experience: 7-12 Years

Certification: Appian Development L2 or L3 Certification

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Appian Developers and Architects with L2 or L3 certification to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Appian development with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The role offers an opportunity to work on complex projects at both the senior development and architectural levels, designing and implementing robust, scalable Appian-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and implement Appian applications and solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead the architecture and design of large-scale, complex Appian applications.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Appian applications.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews to ensure high-quality development standards.
  • Stay updated with Appian best practices, new features, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Appian Development L2 or L3 Certification is mandatory.
  • Relevant experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Appian development .
  • Total experience: 5-12 years in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of Appian BPM platform, including designing processes, rules, data management, and integrations.
  • Experience with Appian architecture , handling complex workflows, and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in Java , SQL , or related technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of Appian applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in working with large-scale, complex Appian implementations.
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team of developers.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and Appian deployments.
