Job Description


1. Minimum 4-8 years experience in business process management.

2. Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.

3. Experience of working on Agile projects.

4. Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view.

5. Knowledge of Appian Smart Services.

6. Knowledge of Tempo Interface.

7. Proven track of working closely with key business users

8. Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering.

9. Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment.


Must Have


1. Minimum 5 years of Appian BPM experience.

2. Good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.

3. Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment etc.

4. Should have good knowledge of Java, J2EE, Ajax, JavaScript, JS, XML, XSLT etc.

5. should have design/architecture experience building business workflow automation and business rules execution (a.k.a Rules Engine). Considerations are needed to determine and help in establishing some enterprise standards.


Good-to-Have


1. Appian Certifications if any.

2. Should have handled teams of size 5-7 and should be able to mentor the team.

3. Excellent analytical and communication skills.

4. Should have good knowledge of Appian Administration and servers such as JBOSS\WebSphere\WebLogic etc.
