Job Description: As a Human Resource Associate at Parnassian Ventures, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions related to employee recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and administration. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our talented team and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that align with our company's mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee feedback sessions.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide support for performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices in HR operations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits programs.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
