Associate Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our products by overseeing their development, launch, and ongoing improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Role - Associate Product Manager/Analyst
Role and Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute the product strategy aligned with overall company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining the planned features and enhancements.
- Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Clearly communicate product requirements and expectations to the development team.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Define and document product specifications, features, and user stories.
- Conduct regular product reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Advocate for an exceptional user experience, collaborating with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to make informed product improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Support the creation of marketing materials and participate in promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their evolving needs.
Required Skills
● Bachelor's degree in Technology (BTech) or MBA from tier 1 colleges.
● 1+ years of experience in product management.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
● Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
● A strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus.
