We help agencies, marketing teams, and designers speed up feedback loops and collaboration so they can deliver more, faster.What You’ll DoAs our Outbound Campaign Specialist, you'll be a key driver of outbound lead generation. You’ll craft, execute, and optimize high-impact cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads and fuel our sales pipeline.Build and manage cold email campaigns targeting ideal customer profilesUseClayApollo, and Smartlead (or similar software) to research, enrich, and automate outreachSet up and manageautomated LinkedIn outreachusing tools like Heyreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, etc.Segment audiences, personalize emails, run A/B tests, and optimize deliverabilityMonitor and analyze open, reply, and conversion metrics; iterate for improvementMaintain and grow our prospect database with hygiene and segmentation best practicesCollaborate with marketing & sales to align messaging, sequences, and follow-upsDocument processes, create templates, and share learnings with the teamWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience (2+ years) executing cold email / outbound campaigns in a Previous experience running outbound campaigns for a SaaS company (B2B preferred).Hands-on experience withClay software , Apollo, Smartlead, Automated LinkedIn tools (Heyreach, Sales Navigator, Phantombuster, etc.)Strong working knowledge ofChatGPT and Claude APIsDeep understanding of deliverability, email warm-up, inbox placement, spam filtersStrong copywriting skills — you can write concise, compelling, and personalized cold emailsAnalytical mindset: comfortable diving into metrics, segmenting data, and optimizingExperience with email tools (e.g. Outreach, or similar)Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Self-starter, detail-oriented, excellent communication, and collaborativeWhat You’ll GetCompetitive salary / bonusFlexible working hours & remote cultureOpportunity to own and grow a critical revenue channelLearning & growth opportunities through training and experimentationA supportive, high-performance team where your insights truly matter
