About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Frontend Development to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality frontend applications. Your expertise with frameworks like React, Vue.js, Next.js, and Angular.js, along with Type Script proficiency, will be essential for creating innovative solutions and mentoring a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and guide a team of frontend developers, offering technical direction and mentorship.
Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Architect and develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable frontend codebases.
Ensure adherence to technical best practices, including performance optimization, coding standards, and code quality.
Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks to drive technical advancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
Contribute to project planning, estimation, and code reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in React.js , Vue.js , Next.js , and Angular.js.
Strong proficiency in Type Script and modern Java Script (ES6+).
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
Proficiency with tools like Webpack, Babel, and Git.
Solid experience with RESTful APIs and familiarity with Graph QL.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest).
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
Nice to Have:
Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation.
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
Familiarity with backend development (Node.js) is a bonus.
