About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Frontend Development to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality frontend applications. Your expertise with frameworks like React, Vue.js, Next.js, and Angular.js, along with TypeScript proficiency, will be essential for creating innovative solutions and mentoring a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a team of frontend developers, offering technical direction and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Architect and develop reusable, maintainable, and scalable frontend codebases.
  • Ensure adherence to technical best practices, including performance optimization, coding standards, and code quality.
  • Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks to drive technical advancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and code reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in React.js, Vue.js, Next.js, and Angular.js.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
  • Proficiency with tools like Webpack, Babel, and Git.
  • Solid experience with RESTful APIs and familiarity with GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest).
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with server-side rendering and static site generation.
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
  • Familiarity with backend development (Node.js) is a bonus.
