Marketing & Operations Executive


We seek an experienced Marketing and Operations Executive to lead our travel company's online presence, content strategy, and digital operations. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms.


Core Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

   • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy

   • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all platforms

   • Monitor trends and adjust strategies to maximize engagement


2. Website Management

   • Oversee website content updates and functionality improvements

   • Collaborate with web developers to implement new features

   • Ensure website aligns with brand guidelines and user experience best practices


3. Content Creation

   • Produce high-quality written, visual, and video content for various channels

   • Conduct basic video editing for social media and website use

   • Develop content calendars and maintain consistent brand voice


4. Digital Operations

   • Manage relationships with digital contractors and vendors

   • Conduct outreach to potential partners, influencers, and affiliates.


5. Analytics and Reporting

   • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

   • Provide data-driven recommendations for strategy optimization


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field.

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

• Proven track record in social media management and content creation.

• Proficiency in social media management tools, web content management systems, and basic video editing software.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SEO, SEM, and email marketing

• Project management experience
