Business Analyst with Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Experience We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our clients' needs and our internal teams. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding client goals, shaping project strategies, and ensuring seamless project execution. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with potential clients to define project scope. Assist in preparing technical proposals, business cases, and solution presentations. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams during project execution. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather detailed project requirements. Oversee the implementation process to ensure alignment with agreed deliverables. Analyze business processes and recommend optimization strategies. Create detailed documentation, including BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), user stories, and process flows. Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and user expectations. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure project handover is smooth and well-documented. Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis tools (e.g., Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Understanding of APIs, integrations, and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience in industries such as software development, AI solutions, or SaaS platforms. Ability to handle B2B and B2C projects, catering to diverse client personas. Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years as a Business Analyst with a focus on pre-sales and post-sales roles. Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP are a plus.
