Identify and target potential international clients, leveraging sophisticated market analysis. Lead negotiations, finalize agreements with new clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Provide leadership to the business development team, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals. 15-20 years of experience in international business development, specifically in exports of pharmaceutical injectables. ~ Deep understanding of international market dynamics and B2B business models in the pharmaceutical industry. ~ Proven leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing teams. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics; MBA preferred.
