About the Role:
Whatfix is looking for a Product Manager with 4+ years of experience to own and manage all aspects of the Whatfix website. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our website remains a high-performing, marketing-driven platform that delivers exceptional value to our users and business. As a key member of the Product Management team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, driving the evolution of our website to deliver exceptional user experiences, improve conversion rates, and align with our brand and business goals.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap :
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Whatfix website, aligning with business goals and user needs.
Take full ownership of the Whatfix website, driving improvements in performance, user experience, and functionality.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and alignment with company objectives.
Plan and execute website initiatives, balancing marketing goals with technical feasibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing, design, engineering, and analytics teams to implement and optimize website features.
Collaborate with SEO and content teams to ensure the website is optimized for organic traffic and aligns with brand messaging.
User Experience & Conversion Optimization :
Drive user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to ensure the website meets user expectations and business goals.
Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Technical Oversight :
Partner with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and performance of website projects.
Understand and manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., analytics platforms, marketing automation, and CRM systems).
Manage the website’s roadmap and ensure timely delivery of projects.
AI Tools & Initiatives for Marketing:
Discover opportunities and build use cases to drive efficiency by implementing AI tools and initiatives that optimize marketing workflows, lead generation, customer engagement, and personalization.
Collaborate with GTM leaders and AI leaders to identify and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness and streamline operations.
Ensure alignment between AI-powered marketing strategies and business objectives, using AI analytics to track and continuously optimize performance.
Data-Driven Decision Making :
Leverage web analytics and performance metrics to monitor website performance and inform decision-making.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and user engagement.
Security & Compliance :
Ensure the website complies with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and adheres to industry security standards.
Monitor and address technical vulnerabilities proactively.
Experience :
4+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on websites or digital products.
Proven track record of managing technical projects and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to inform decisions.
Technical Skills :
Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, Java Script, CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press, Drupal), and front-end frameworks.
Familiarity with website performance optimization, SEO best practices, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
High degree of comfort to work with engineering teams
Soft Skills :
Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking.
Tools & Methodologies :
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) and marketing tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
