For more information, visit and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Engineer with 8-10 years of industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, automation testing, and extensive knowledge in the Telecom domain. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the telecommunications industry.Job Description - Python Automation Lead- 8 -10 years of experience in automation testing and software development, with a focus on Python programming.- Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress and Cucumber.- Extensive knowledge of Telecom domain protocols including HTTP, SMPP, and SMTP.- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, along with source code management tools (e.g., Git, IBM ClearCase).- Gain a strong understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces to support testing and automation efforts.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, testing techniques, and quality assurance processes.- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze complex systems.- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Able to work as an individual contributor.- Relevant certifications in automation testing, software development, or telecom domain are a plus.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites and frameworks using Python, Selenium, and other automation tools.- Implement automation strategies for end-to-end testing of web applications, APIs, and telecom protocols.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements, develop test plans, and execute test cases.- Utilize BDD frameworks like Cucumber to write and automate acceptance tests based on business requirements.- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.- Manage test environments, configure test data, and troubleshoot issues to ensure test execution success.- Mentor junior team members, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and contribute to team growth and development.- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in automation testing and telecom domain.Experience: - 8 - 10 YearsWork Location: - Bangalore (Whitefield)Mode: - Onsite (5 days working from Office)
