Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive at House of Aroma. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. They will also participate in product presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive revenue growth.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in retail, corporate gifting, or B2B selling.
- Familiarity with the home fragrance industry, including knowledge of distributors and distribution networks.
- Proven track record in business development and securing new accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to convey the unique selling points of our brand effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable with presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in retail, corporate gifting, HoReCa, spa sectors, and B2B channels to drive sales growth.
- Develop partnerships with distributors to expand product reach and presence in target markets.
- Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, spas, and other relevant businesses to expand product distribution.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients for gifting programs.
- Present House of Aroma’s products to potential clients, emphasizing therapeutic benefits and unique qualities.
- Meet monthly sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide market insights to guide future product development and distribution strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research skills
- Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Product Presentation and Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry is a plus
