Role Overview:

  • Primary role is to co-ordinate and help develop sales collaterals like – Project renders, Walkthroughs, Building & Project Models, Tech innovations – Virtual Reality, MLP, Podium Layouts in 2D and 3D, Floor plans.
  • The candidate will be jointly reporting to the Marketing and the Design head.
  • The candidate should be technically knowledgeable in providing feedback on elevations, levels, architecture details, Landscape detail, Club houses and structures, creative feedbacks, camera angles for the 3rd party agencies to efficiently close the projects in desired timelines.

The candidate should be well-versed with AUTOCAD, 3D-MAX and other 3D modelling softwares. As he/she will be link between HOH design, HOH marketing and external agencies who will be developing marketing collaterals.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university
  • Experience of 3-4 years in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of working on real-estate projects.
  • Core competency in Architectural designs and should have ability and hands on experience to work on schematic/statutory/ working drawings/schedule extraction from Revit/family creation & editing parametrically and 2D /3D, Presentation, along with architectural BOQ & specifications
  • Well versed with AutoCAD, 3D max and other rendering and 3D modelling softwares.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.

The candidate should be technically strong in architecture/ design detail in real estate sector.

  • Collaborate with agencies and production houses to execute timely deliverables of plans, renders and walkthrough videos
