As a Growth Analyst , you'll have direct exposure to CXOs of leading brands , influencing high-impact business decisions. We are seeking a Growth Analyst to help our customers maximize profitability through revenue growth strategies and cost optimization . This role requires a strong analytical mindset , experience in e-commerce performance metrics , and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Analyse supply chain and inventory data to minimize holding costs and optimize cash flow.

Develop profitability forecasting models and scenario analyses to guide financial decision-making .

Data-Driven Insights & Execution

Conduct A/B testing on growth initiatives to measure impact and refine strategies.

Cost Savings (reduction in fulfilment, inventory, or ad spend inefficiencies).

5+ years experience in growth analytics, e-commerce analytics, or D2C consulting roles .

~ Strong proficiency in data analysis, ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights .

~ Understanding of A/B testing, attribution modelling, and pricing analytics .

~ Understanding of SQL and BI tools

~ Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams .

Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or performance marketing tools .

Exposure to machine learning models for forecasting or personalization .

Work with fast-growing e-commerce brands generating $20B+ in revenue .
