Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager for FINTECH PRODUCT . The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing features, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. They will also be involved in market research, product roadmap development, and driving product innovation.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap Development : Work directly with the founder to define and articulate the product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain product roadmaps for the app that align with business objectives and market needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
Customer Insights : Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand user needs and pain points. Use this information to drive product improvements and new feature development.
Documentation : Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that communicate product specifications and business needs to the development team.
Project Management : Oversee the product development process from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze product performance metrics post-launch to identify areas for improvement and ensure products meet user expectations and business objectives.
Innovation and Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities for product enhancements and innovations that will drive growth and improve user satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. OR equivalent experience that can be demonstrated with prior work.
3+ years of experience in product management or related industry experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering web applications and services for customers.
Experience defining vision and strategy for a product.
Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups, and guide the team through key milestones.
Experience in analyzing data sets and making decisions based on data.
Experience in gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively, propose innovative solutions, and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and convey complex ideas.
The ability to manage budgets and timelines in terms of product development and customer delivery.
