Bid Manager – BangaloreMandatory Requirements:- Company Background: Must have experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT services company.- Location: Role is based in Bangalore.- Experience: 8–10 years in Bid and Proposal Management.- Industry: IT Services experience is mandatory. Candidates with only product experience will be strictly rejected.Note: Applications not meeting all the above criteria will be outrightly rejected.Role Overview:- Manage end-to-end bid and proposal processes for IT services.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals.- Ensure timely completion of all bid milestones and deliverables.- Interface with internal stakeholders for solution design, pricing, and approvals.- Deliver final proposals in line with company standards and client requirements.
