Corporate Legal Associate- Non-Litigation Location: Hiring for a rapidly growing, cross-border fintech organization transforming how global citizens access financial services. We’re hiring a Corporate legal associate to join our growing legal team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that our legal infrastructure keeps pace with business growth and regulatory complexity. This role is ideal for someone with a startup mindset and a sharp legal acumen who can manage commercial contracts and compliance while aligning with business objectives.

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including:
Advise on cross-border legal and compliance matters, including data protection, FEMA, and RBI guidelines
Advise on cross-border legal and regulatory matters, including:
Data Protection and Privacy Laws
Provide legal guidance in contract disputes, dispute resolution, and potential litigation (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required; Experience:
~4-6 years of post-qualification experience
~ Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors is a plus
~ Prior in-house legal counsel or top-tier law firm experience preferred
~ Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
Proficiency in legal risk assessment and regulatory compliance
Knowledge of data protection, corporate governance, and financial regulation
Startup mindset: proactive, agile, and results-driven
