Job Title: Associate – General Corporate (HR & Labour Law)

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated lawyer to join our team at our Bangalore office. This is a growth-oriented role designed for a candidate who is eager to take on complex legal work across varied domains and is looking for a steep learning curve with hands-on client exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft and review employment agreements, HR policies, termination/exit documents, and consultancy contracts.

- Advise clients on compliance with Indian labour laws, including Shops & Establishments Act, CLRA, ID Act, EPF, ESI, and PoSH.

- Assist with employment law aspects of investment transactions and organizational structuring.

- Represent clients before labour authorities and support during inspections or audits.

- Conduct legal research and update clients on recent changes in employment and labour law landscape.

- Experience with employment contracts across multiple jurisdictions (including common law countries)

Legal Drafting & Advisory: Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, employment agreements, cross-border instruments, and regulatory filings.

Contract Lifecycle Management: Help clients structure and manage contracts across procurement, vendor, IP, services, and technology categories.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputed institution.

3–5 years of experience in relevant practice areas. 

Excellent legal drafting and research skills.

Strong understanding of commercial and corporate laws.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and work under tight deadlines.
