Job Title : HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary :
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to foster organizational growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with company goals.
Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
Address organizational challenges and capitalize on opportunities to drive success.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Promote a high-performing culture aligned with organizational values and mission.
Design and execute programs to enhance employee morale, engagement, and retention.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.
Talent Management
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting and development plans.
Identify training needs and implement development programs tailored to industry demands.
Support leadership in succession planning and career pathing initiatives.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair resolutions.
Conduct investigations and address conflicts in line with company policies and labor laws.
HR Operations
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Manage core HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate on process improvement and program effectiveness with HR teams.
Change Management
Partner on organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment.
Communicate change initiatives effectively across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a strategic HRBP role.
Experience in a high-growth, tech-driven, or startup environment is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
Analytical problem-solving abilities with a strategic focus.
Proficiency in HR tools and platforms (e.g., HRIS, performance management systems).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
