EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
● Minimum 7+ years of solid product development experience.
● Proven experience working with open-source platforms.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS: ● Strong expertise in backend programming with Node.js.
● Create and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective communication of system architecture and implementation details.
● Adherence to excellent coding standards.
● Proficiency in working with data serialization formats like JSON and experience with databases such as Redis for caching and Mongo DB for No SQL data storage.
● Hands-on experience with web services using REST and SOAP.
● Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
● Expertise in authentication and authorization techniques.
● Proven server-side programming skills independent of the technology stack.
● Strong knowledge of code documentation and handover processes.
● Experience building scalable, high-availability, mission-critical platforms.
● Leadership skills, including strategic thinking, result-driven focus, and team inspiration.
OTHER SKILLS WE'D APPRECIATE:
● Experience with Git version control systems.
● Open-source contribution experience.
● Previous chatbot development experience. Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, and chatbots is a significant advantage.
