Job Description :

-Identifying customer needs and preparing holiday packages.

-Ensuring customer delight & and efficient handling of customers.

-Handling both incoming and outgoing telephone calls and web inquiries.

-Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.

-Working hard to achieve Quarterly sales targets.

-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

-Building good customer relationships; before and after sales; to maintain client retention.

-Will be responsible for preparing and selling packages for tourists.

-Offering/ selling competitive prices & and packages to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Email Writing.

3. Thorough understanding of sales/marketing and negotiating techniques.

4. Excellent Presentation skills and a pleasing Personality.

5. 0-5 Years of Experience in UAE/Singapore Holiday Packages Sales / International Visas.

6. UAE/Singapore Destination Exposure can be preferred.

Salary 22k to 50k INR Per Month depending on the Candidate's Experience & and knowledge.
