As a Travel Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in providing expert travel advice, crafting personalized itineraries, and helping clients book their perfect trips. With a strong focus on sales and marketing, you'll also help promote exciting travel packages and connect with potential travelers who are eager to explore new destinations.
- Consult with prospective travelers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored travel advice and recommendations.
- Create custom itineraries that cater to various interests, from leisure to business travel.
- Generate sales and upsell travel packages by highlighting the best value offers and exclusive deals to clients.
- Manage the booking process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Promote travel packages through targeted marketing campaigns and strong client relationships.
- Provide post-trip support and ensure client satisfaction, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help clients create memorable experiences.
- Sales experience in a service-based industry (travel sales preferred).
- Marketing skills to help promote travel packages and drive client engagement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple bookings and client requests simultaneously.
