The ideal candidate will be hands-on with test planning, execution, automation, and AI-assisted testing, while also coordinating closely with cross-functional teams. Experience in Project Management or Business Analysis will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities* Own, define, and execute the end-to-end QA strategy across projects.* Prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.* Drive functional, regression, integration, and system testing.* Leverage AI tools and modern automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.* Implement and maintain test automation suites for web, mobile, and API layers.* Review and approve releases for deployment readiness.* Work closely with product owners, developers, BAs, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery.* Track and report defects, risks, and quality metrics.* Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, and documentation standards.* Mentor junior QA team members (if applicable).* Contribute to requirement analysis and provide input during planning phases.Required Skills & Experience* Around 5 years of hands-on QA experience, including test design and execution.* Strong experience in manual testing and automation testing.* Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or AI-assisted QA workflows.* Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defective lifecycle.* Experience in using tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.* Ability to work closely with development and business teams.* Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.* Preferred: Background or experience in Project Management or Business Analysis.Nice-to-Have* Experience with CI/CD pipelines.* Knowledge of API automation frameworks and Understanding cloud platforms or DevOps workflows.Why Join Us?* Opportunity to lead QA efforts in a growing, fast-paced environment.* Work with modern testing tools, AI capabilities, and automation frameworks.* Collaborative and innovative-driven culture.* Competitive compensation and benefits.
