>>Qualification & Experience:
- Educational Background: B.E/B Tech/MCA in Computer Science or Information Technology / MBA
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in government or public sector projects.
- Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification is preferred.
>>Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analysis and Design: Analyze business processes and design IT solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Project Management: Oversee the implementation of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with government officials, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure IT solutions meet business requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to government staff on new IT systems and processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all IT solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Project Management: Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of government regulations and policies related to IT and E-Governance.
>>Skills and Competencies:
- Experience with E-Governance Projects: Prior experience working on E-Governance projects or with government agencies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, knowledge of E-Governance frameworks, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain, and Cloud computing in the context of E-Governance.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with government officials and stakeholders.
