Hiring: Business Analyst – Agentic AI & Data #We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Agentic AI and Data to support and drive AI-led transformation initiatives within the Banking and Financial Services domain. The role involves bridging business needs with AI-driven solutions, ensuring accurate requirement translation, data alignment, and successful project outcomes. #Role: Business Analyst – Agentic AI & Data Immediate Experience: 8+ Years Domain: Banking & Financial Services Business Analysis + Agentic AI + Data #Lead and support AI projects, including Agentic AI initiatives , ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for AI and data-driven solutions. Data mapping Data migration Data quality management Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications (BRD, FSD, User Stories). Support digital transformation programs including: Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and AI engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and accuracy. Apply Agile methodologies and tools such as: Scrum Implement and maintain project governance documentation including: Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, recommending mitigation strategies proactively. 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager in Banking & Financial Services ~ Proven experience supporting or managing AI-driven initiatives ~ Practical exposure to Agentic AI concepts or implementations ~ Strong experience in: ~ Data mapping & transformation ~ Data migration & validation ~ Data quality & governance initiatives ~ Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and tools such as Jira and Confluence ~ Exposure to AI governance and ethical AI frameworks Experience with automation, machine learning, or AI-based workflow systems Certifications: CBAP, SAFe, Agile, PMI-PBA
