Greetings for the Day…We are hiring for *Team Lead- Global Controller Accounting*Exp: 6-9 yearsCTC upto 30LPAWork Mode - Hybrid(Pune)Qualification - CA(Mandatory)Responsibilities:Review the Month End activities performed by the team, including - Journal Entry review through BlacklinePrepare BS and P&L Flux analysis in coordination with stakeholdersReview BS reconciliation of GLs in detail, making sure all necessary backups are available and well documented and give feedback to team members with required action planHandle queries from Audit and Tax teams from time to timeDrive Simplification ProjectsProvide solution to multiple stakeholders on adhoc and regular queriesEstablishing effective communication between the team and the stakeholdersIdentify potential solution to automate manual activities via transformation projectsCoach Team members to build a strong teamWork Experience & SkillsQualification and experienceCA –8 to 10+ years of work experience in Finance Controllership / Consolidations, Inter-Company AccountingThorough knowledge of Accounting Standards and their applicationExperience in handling reconciliations etc.Month end close experience is requiredTransformation projects experience will be add onTeam handling experience is requiredExperience in handling multiple stakeholders from different global regionsIS experienceERP systems knowledge SAPBlackline- Good To HaveReporting System (Oracle FCCS & PBCS)- Good to haveExcellent excel skills
