The VP/Head of Global Marketing will be responsible for leading end-to-end marketing functions for the company, working closely with the CEO, COO, CRO and other company executives to develop and implement marketing strategies and execution plans to drive tactical and long-term financial success of the company. The CMO/VP will be responsible for ensuring that the company's brand building, lead-generation, go-to-market, and field marketing activities are leading to overall success in brand recognition, sales, customer experience and overall financials. Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy globally, aligning with the company's overall vision and business strategy and sales execution plans. Develop MaxVal brand as a well recognized leader in the IP Management & Services industry, including internal marketing to align with it. Drive business growth through sales lead generation and customer retention, working closely with Sales leadership and Business Unit heads. Develop and run marketing campaigns to achieve customer retention, customer experience, lead generation, and brand awareness targets. Develop content like collateral, case studies, press releases etc. to drive marketing campaigns. Develop and drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey engagements. Lead a team of marketing professionals; manage and work with outside partners on an as needed basis, for various marketing tasks. Manage all aspects of MaxVal website, including content updates, promotions, Search Engine Optimizations, etc. Establish KPIs aligning with the company performance goals, attain/exceed and report those KPIs on a monthly basis. Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and execution steps Ability to leverage technologies for efficiency, agility and performance Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. experience in leading global, distributed, diverse organizations, serving a global customer base. 15+ years in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in marketing leadership roles at Director or VP levels, ideally in the IP industry. ~ Experience in driving 25%+ CAGR in small or mid-sized firms ~ Demonstrated success in driving sales pipeline, executing marketing campaigns and creation of various content for go-to-market activities. ~ Extensive experience working with sales teams (
