Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer with a strong background in Planning and Execution for HVAC and Cleanroom projects catering to the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience and will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the allocated budget and timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC/Cleanroom projects for pharmaceutical clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
Liaise with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure these are met to their satisfaction.
Prepare and present project reports, schedules, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in Project Engineering, specifically in HVAC/Cleanroom projects within the pharmaceutical sector.
Proven track record of successfully planning and executing projects from inception to completion.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Cleanroom standards, and industry best practices.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
