Position: IT Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana.
Candidates only willing to work onsite from our office at Gurugram will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Full lifecycle recruiting sourcing, screening, matching candidates, interview prep, compliance management, Vendor/Client relations, offer management, and reference checks.
Manage the entire recruitment process for IT roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct initial technical screening interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to effectively advise hiring managers and negotiate offers.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
Promote the company’s employer brand and reputation as a great place to work in the IT community.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Required skills & Experiences:
Must have 2-5 years’ experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role within the technology sector.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
