We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 SCCM, Intune, and Application Packaging Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune environments, as well as creating and managing application packages for deployment. This role requires a deep understanding of SCCM, Intune, and application packaging best practices, along with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain SCCM and Intune environments, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting. Create, test, and deploy application packages using SCCM and Intune. Develop and maintain scripts for automation and deployment tasks. Monitor and optimize the performance of SCCM and Intune infrastructures. Provide third-level support for SCCM and Intune-related issues and incidents. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of SCCM and Intune. Document processes, configurations, and procedures related to SCCM, Intune, and application packaging. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in SCCM, Intune, and application packaging. Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to junior team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SCCM and Intune administration and support. Strong expertise in application packaging and deployment using SCCM and Intune. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Power Shell, VBScript, or Batch. In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and related technologies. Experience with software distribution, patch management, and compliance reporting. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with other endpoint management tools and technologies. Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and services. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
