We are currently seeking a SCCM L3 Admin to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

SCCM Admin

SCCM:

- Should have strong knowledge and experience in SCCM Experience design, installation and configuration and administration of Microsoft System Configuration Manager.
- Strong knowledge and experience on SCCM Upgradation.
- Good knowledge on new features released in SCCM and ability to implement if required.
- Strong Knowledge on Cloud Management Gateway(CMG).
- Strong Experience and Knowledge on troubleshooting issues in OS Deployment, Software distribution, Client remediation, Patch management and Software deployment using SCCM.
- Must be identifying and fixing SCCM Health Issues
- Depth knowledge of SCCM troubleshooting on Infrastructure and Client side.
- Expert in WSUS /SUP solution for Microsoft Security Patch Compliance.
- Knowledge on Automatic Deployment Rule (ADR) for Patching.
- Strong Knowledge on PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge in SQL and SSRS would be an added benefit.
- Good knowledge on Windows Servers.
- Knowledge or experience in supporting SCOM or other equivalent monitoring tools.
- SOP creation to enhance efficiency across the team on SCCM related activities.
- Should have strong experience on operational support for Automation tools.
- Should possess great verbal and written communication.
- Utilize monitoring tools and dashboards for purposes of identifying and remediating issues.
- Analysis of problems with the existing infrastructure and work with the vendor support for RCA and resolutions.
