About the Company Job Title: Vice President / Senior Vice President – Investment Banking Location: Mumbai – BKC Sector Coverage Industrial: Manufacturing, engineering, capital goods, specialty industrials Consumer: FMCG, retail, lifestyle, B2C platforms Sustainability & ESG: Climate finance, circular economy, ESG-led investments BFSI: NBFCs, MFIs, specialty financial services Healthcare & Pharma: Hospitals, diagnostics, pharma manufacturing, med-tech About the Role Seeking a VP / SVP – Investment Banking to drive origination and execution across Industrial, Consumer, Sustainability, BFSI, and Healthcare & Pharma sectors. The role involves leading M&A, capital raising, and structured finance transactions, working closely with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, and institutional investors. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, private equity. Drive transaction structuring, valuation, financial modelling, and due diligence. Build and manage relationships with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, lenders, and strategic investors. Originate new mandates and lead pitches, proposals, and investor presentations. Mentor junior team members and manage deal teams. Provide strategic advisory on growth, capital structure, and portfolio optimization. Qualifications 10–15 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or PE/VC. Required Skills Strong track record in M&A and capital raising transactions. Sector exposure to Industrial, Consumer, BFSI, Sustainability, or Healthcare/Pharma. Strong financial modelling, valuation, and negotiation skills. Excellent client management and leadership capabilities. Preferred Skills MBA / CA / CFA preferred. Pay range and compensation package (fixed plus variable)
