The role involves leading M&A, capital raising, and structured finance transactions, working closely with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, and institutional investors.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of M&A, private equity.Drive transaction structuring, valuation, financial modelling, and due diligence.Build and manage relationships with promoters, CXOs, PE/VC funds, lenders, and strategic investors.Originate new mandates and lead pitches, proposals, and investor presentations.Mentor junior team members and manage deal teams.Provide strategic advisory on growth, capital structure, and portfolio optimization.Qualifications10–15 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, or PE/VC.Required SkillsStrong track record in M&A and capital raising transactions.Sector exposure to Industrial, Consumer, BFSI, Sustainability, or Healthcare/Pharma.Strong financial modelling, valuation, and negotiation skills.Excellent client management and leadership capabilities.Preferred SkillsMBA / CA / CFA preferred.Pay range and compensation package (fixed plus variable)
